Large cedar/balsa baits
There is a 3/8' piece of western cedar laminated with 1/2" thick pieces
of balsa.

Thanks Nathan, the action is a wobble rather than a wiggle.
I am experimenting (sp) with lip angle for depth and action.
Thanks for the help on this one. It was one of these I asked
you about in email. And thanks for comments about cloth
covered bait.

What do you want the lure to do? You said you were working on lip angle etc. Looks to me like a good candidate for a DB III style lip.
