Hi there, I have two drying racks that I made. The first one will hold up to 100 baits at one time and I could add disks to hold many more. I used a rotissorie motor from an old charcoal grill. RPM are 6-7. For my smaller rack which holds 16 baits at one time I used the motor out of an old microwave turntable and I think the RPM is also around 6-7 RPM's. If you have any questions email me or send a PM. Thanks and I hope this helps. Ken Schmitz
