Did some more info.
Then I can help you out.

What type of paint?

How many jigs at a time?

How large of jigs?

Are you use a rack to hold them?

Dont know if you have seen this one yet but you might be able to make something yourself like this one. It is spring loaded to dip jigs down and spring back up.

dipping trays

Thanks for replies

Seen the one from www.csipaint.com theres is $35.00ea i looking to do about 20 to 25 jigs probably vinyl paint, acrylic will probably use there paint also

had one made before from machine shop (lost somewhere in moving) still cost me about $30.00 i would make one at work but i can not find nobody intown here that has any kind of stock square alumunum thinking along the line 16LX 1 3/4DX 3/4 or 1 inch wide i would use threaded rod to keep jigs in place.

i have also looked at maybe clamshell pkging to see if i could just use one half but could not find any sizes to fit also thought about the top clear covers like what Rapala uses to cover there boxes (have not called them directly yet)
Have tried to make some out of plexiglass, sheet metal but just was not happy with results yet

thanks again

I have made them from both PVC, and stainless steel tubing.

Cut the tube in half on a band saw.
Made triangles for stands on the SS and welded them in place
at each end.
Worked great.

About the same with PVC, but that was for water based paints.
Using just standard plumbing fittings.
