hand made bobbin

My brother wanted to start to tie jigs with me so i made him a bobbin. It is not the best thing, but i tied a little with it and it seens to work very well. it is a little hard to make the pressure on the thread the right amount but we final got it. so what do you think.

Hey thats a good idea! just a thought about tensioning the thread, what about bending a round loop on the wire ends so that the two loops lay flat on the spoos sides. Then you could put a screw and nut through the loops and spool and adjust tension?
