A little off topic but...

There are some great minds on this board so I am hoping someone can help me with a device I am looking for.

I need some sort of mechanism that will drop and retrieve a lure on it's own, I picture some sort of spool that after some many clicks the motor automatically reels the line in.

I know it sounds a little crazy and maybe that is why I have yet to find something.

many thanks

I know some guys who use the anchor rein on the boat. There is some tension in the reel. Or what about an automatic fly reel???
