Fluid Bed ?
on the bottom of the fluid bed cups there is a piece of material that lets the air through. What exactly is this made of? Brandon

It is porous polyethelene{plastic]. Pretty expensive. Google porex or gen pore. You can get some from Mcmaster Carr.

Check out micro-mesh in the McMaster catalog or web site. You are looking for < 3 micron mesh size. CullinHogs is right about it not being cheap. Have some different sizes for a swap if you are interested – PM me.
