Anybody pour plastic over hard body??

Like those Jackall Bros. mask baits. Looking to have a hard body for the front part of the bait with one treble and tthen actually cover the hard portion and extend a plastic part of bait.

Not sure if I need to prep the wood portion in a special way.

Jim

I would suspect that you would have to seal the wood very well. Wood is not like solid metal. It will hold air and moisture. This will creat bubbles in your soft plastic.
