Hey FF, how big is it? It looks good. I throw the 9" ms-slammer by Mike Shaw a lot. It's probably responsable for more bass over 10 lbs here in CA than any other swim bait. If you're not familiar with it take a look.

Yes

I have seen and played with his lures . I get alot of pros that dont use him any more for many reasons . His lures are awesome . I use a metal lip , he uses the lexan lip .

This one is 6 inches . And heavy , almost have to put a reel on a 2X4 to cast it . But it swims nice . I am backed up close to 20 orders for these . That is what I am doing this weekend .

Neat lure FF, I fish for Lake Trout, or Char, as they are known localy. In the spring (now) they are up near the surface, and can be taken on plugs or spoons resembling Rainbow.
A friend of mine caught a small rainbow on a fly rod, only to have a huge laker swallow the fish whole before he could land it. He then carefully landed the large fish on the fly rod!

trout bait

I just poured my first 'soft tail' for my LARGE muskie bait. I was wondering how you attached your tail to your trout. Is it easy to replace? Did you design it to replace the tail?? I poured several and probably will re-pour, since I want more detail in them. Thanks, B.

Hey Woodsac

You will find that you get alot more bites getting a trout bait down even a couple of feet. When I fish the biguns the slammer never came close to the castaic trout I used both sizes including the 12", that is one bad boy
