    Hi ,

Surely I did not mean to critize your work in a negative way , I've just thought , that it might happen for the blades not to spin well , and now you have taught me some new thing !

Anyway , I have made hundreds of all kinds of spinners through the years , I don't make too many anymore , I am rather into wood and spoons presently .

Made my own blades out of thin SSt sheet , spinnerbodies out of round brass stock , out of copperwire , lead cast-out metal tubing and ammo casings . Most worked , some didn't .

I am happy to hear , that through some inspiration from my side you have succeeded with those spinnerblades out of table spoons .

I never thought about such , since my spinners are way smaller(most likely) than a musky spinner should probably be , and my few attempts on utilzing thicker , heavier blades(homemade out of brass,-and copper sheet)have failed , since those blades did not spin at a sufficient speed .

    Guess , a certain weight/size ratio is essential ?

    greetz , Dieter
