Lew's BB1NG
Does anyone know where I can send off my Lew's BB1NG reels???? One has a missing screw...they both work great...just need cleaning....thanks for the help....  |

unfortunately, you are probably out of luck since that reel has been out of production for over 10 years. i found a guy in florida that was reported to have any & all one would need for a lews reel. sadly, when i called i was informed that he had passed away. your best bet is to try & find some used reels just like what you have to "part them out" to keep a few good ones going. i have several, myself, and i'm in the same boat you are.

I know where there is a place in Cartersville Ga called Nutter's Reel Repair and fishing Tackle I don't have the number handy but you can call information and ask for it in Cartersville Ga. If you can't find it for some reason e mail me @ joshuabmooreatpeoplepcdotcom I spelled it out to avoid spam sorry. Hope I can help and good luck he has everything for that reel I know he has fixed 12 or 14 of mine and he is great on reel's

The phone number for Nutters is 770-386-3978 and they are located in White ga. Most everyone I know that needs a reel repaired in the Atlanta area uses this company. They do good work.

Skeeterfisher, Thanks for the thread. Have wondered about this very thing several times as I have 4 of these and have been concerned about where I could get parts.

I just had Nutter redo a 1964 model Penn 114H. Great price and they had the few parts needed in stock.

Have you tried lews.com.,or BassProShops reel repair?I used to get my BB1N handles straight from the factory.Lew's phone# is 800-588-9030.Give them a call.The worst that could happen is they don,t have the parts.
