two tone lure pouring

OK first off, as this is my first post on here, I'd like to say hello form Scotland.

I've just started making my own soft plastics (bulldawg size twin tail things). I have been doing fine with single colour pours and kind of mixed two colour pours, but when i try to get a distinct line between the two colours it doesn't work. can anyone help?
thanks
martyn

Re: two tone lure pouring

Wait for the first color to set up a little before you pour the second color. The second pour must be hot to make a good bond and the mold must be warm before you pour the first color or you will get a "cold crack" between the colors.

Welcome; by the way.

It also helps to pour slow on the second pour if the molds not to hot.
