custom molds?

was wondering if any one know where i could get a custom mold made? i have been cutting up baits and glueing them back together to come up with some new baits. i have been trying to make a two part mold out of plaster of paris but have yet been abel to make a durable one that i like. anyone have any suggestions on something better to use or where i can have a custom metal one made?

I think you could send your bait to Del at DelMart.Com and he could custom make one for you. I dont know the cost though.

If you go with CNC molds be ready to wait. You may be able to fish them next season. Some people here do great POP and silicone molds that may be of some interest too you. Good luck

Besides Del and Bob, I haven't seen his name mentioned recently, but here's one that used to make custom aluminum molds:

No matter who makes it for you, it won't be cheap, and it probably won't be right away.

newcastledrew - Whats your goto soft plastics??? If you got a mold, what would it be for? Many soft plastics can be made from 1-piece molds which are a lot easier to make.
