Laminated Sticks

Hi all, seeing as laminated baits are more difficult to pour, are you all charging more for laminate baits. The reason I am asking is a tournament angler has asked for some of my sticks.

Re: Laminated Sticks

I don't charge more for laminates, but I do for swirls, depending on the number ordered. Not much more though.

Re: Laminated Sticks

Thanks for the reply I was just wondering since it takes me twice as long and having to do two colors and all. I dont want to loose a customer and all, especially if he can bring me more business in the future. I may charge just a little bit more. Thanks Shane......................Jeff................... ......

Re: Laminated Sticks

I don't charge more either; but I don't do a lot of selections. It's very easy, when you start playing with color combos, to get well beyond what you can reasonably supply. You just have to bite the bullet and deciede what combos will work for you.

Re: Laminated Sticks

Thanks nova, I am still having a little trouble with my timing and all so it is taking me a lot longer to do. I can still see the parting line, but getting better. Maybe I wont charge more and practice more. Jeff............

Re: Laminated Sticks

Jeff; when you're working with laminates just do one mold at a time.
