InPact Poly Products carry 5 1/2 x 10 1/2 and 11 1/2 bags. The interior measurements are about 4 x 10 and 4 x 11.

Hope this question isn't too dumb. When a bag is listed as 10"x4", am I correct in assuming thats actually 10" wide and 4" deep??? I went to the site listed above but it didn't specify. Also is there a source for similar sized bags with a zipper slide?

Don't know of any bags with the zipper slide.
The dimensions of the bags are the outside measurements. If your talking about barrier or laminated bags you will need to subtract 1/2" from the width and 1" from the length for the actual interior measurements. This allows for the seals on the side, bottom and zipper plus hanging hole on the top.
