King,
Like Montana...
well, the packers still have a contract on him.. I think ?..
So they have to let him go before he can go anywhere else.
Also I would bet they will ,,not,, let him go to any team in the Packers
Division..
There is a lot of teams that need a good QB..
But I feel he is getting old.. and throws to many Pics...
Jeff Home Page
for sure..
even at his age he is still better than 75 % of the QBs
out there.and is one of the best that ever played..
no fear.Being a Vikings fan I am not a Favre fan.. He has beat us a good many times..My youngest boy & my brother are both Packer fans..
So I have lived the Favre thing too long ..
also the packers have a good team rite now..and he knows that..
and wants to play with um at least one more year.
speaking of the chiefs.. thanks for the Sack leader of last year..
we needed him bad,,
Well guys, the Packer Stock holders meeting is July 24th @ 10:00 a.m., It'll be interesting to see how the team is looking. I remember how rough it was two years ago and how much improved they last year. I think Brett may have left thinking that was what his family wanted and because of wanting to be around more for his wife and her battle with cancer.
I know I'd like to see him be there to mentor Aaron Rodgers and wouldn't be upset if split the duties for a why... It's a tough call. And, Brett did sign a life long contract two years ago with the packers. I don't think he has anything left that he needs to prove; but if he wants to play, let him. George Foreman made history to come out of retirement and regain the heavy weight championship. I'd pay money to watch him play again!
