MB, Ive never programmed ASP.Net but it seems if your getting error message :
If (m_objXMLCart.Count = 0) Then
ErrorMessage.Text = m_objMessages.GetXMLMessage
("ShoppingCart.aspx", "NoItems", "NoItems")
ErrorMessage.Visible = True
Table3.Visible = False
Else
ErrorMessage.Visible = False
End If

Then Your objXMLCart.Count is not getting updated to greater than zero.
Thats a start. Also try commenting out the if statement and see what happens.

The web guy found out what he deleted but doesn't no the code that was there.
He asked if anyone here had the ShoppingCart.aspx file. to reupload?

It's way out of me league.
