Did you try a search on YouTube? All sorts of folks have posted different tackle making information out there. Just for the record, I'm not 100% sure if tubes are poured or dipped; I thought they are dipped...

I recommend dipping.You can buy molds,but it is very slow to make a bunch.Dipping lends itself very well to tube making.There is a very brief video on horizontal dipping on this site.Look it up,and make up your mind on the way you want to go.

I would definitely recommend Bojon's video on tube making. He'll have you making tubes like a pro in no time.
