I've got a problem. Right now my shipping is set at a flat rate of $4.55. Everytime a customer places an order and pays with PayPal, PayPal is defaulted to $5.95 for shipping. How can I work around that?
When the customer attempts to pay, they are required to log into PayPal. The PayPal page displayed automatically defaults to $5.95? It happens with both registered and unregistered PayPal customers.
I think I've got it figured out. There's a place inside PayPal to determine flat rate or % shipping costs. It's automatically applied. I just changed it to $4.55. Hopefully that does it.
Good, I just created an account on your site checking your cost. Goes from 3.44 to 7.99 real fast don't it. LOL I was in my paypal looking when your email poped up on my PC. The change you made should fix your problem. Isn't it fun?
Guys, with OSC you need to turn off the shipping option under paypal. Let OSC take care of all this. If you weight out your products and create the account with the post office OSC will calculate the shipping for you! The USPS account doesn't cost anything, and UPS you don't need to do anything but turn on that mod!
