Wanted to let you guys see my web page I just got up and rolling a few minutes ago. I spent many hours building the thing but most of this time was spent fumbling around trying to learn the process. I actually now know what html and ftp are.
I am noticing that it loads quite slowly with my dail-up as a result of the bait pics, will be doing some mods as necessary but glad I finally have something to work with!
Your lures look great against those backgrounds. they really make them standout and of course your lures are AWESOME!!! the pic with that monster is an execellent touch.
Thanks for the kind words guys, the site is very "basic" but I build it myself and this is a "first" for me. After seeing it in action I can see there is already a bunch of things I want to change.
For those of you wanting to build a site yourself I would suggest using FrontPage, it's incredibly easy once you delve into it. If you are comfortable using most of the other microsoft tools you shouldn't have too many problems. I chose "godaddy.com" as my server and I couldn't be happier with them...very reasonable rates and I have been able to get help immediately in all cases...Lord knows I need it.
