New Logo Design

I just designed another new logo. The last one I did is the one on the front page of my website. I've also been using it on my shirts and lables. I'm actually thinking about using this one I tried to make it different from anything I've seen, but still be easy to read and nice to display. Looking for some feedback...good or bad

I like it, however if you are looking for "honest" feedback. I think it would look better if Woodsac was on top of the image. I think it would look cleaner. Just my opinion, and you know what those are like...

That's ok. I'm pretty outspoken...so I kinda belong in that catagory :P Honest is what I wanted. I only did it that way to give it a different appearance? I'm getting it digitized for embroidery. I showed the guy who's pro shirt it's going on after I posted this and he likes it, so I guess I'll stick with it But here it is anyways.
