OSCommerce versus Pay Pal.

I am looking into adding some type of online payment method to my website. I have read all the posts in this section and have come to the conclusion it will either be OSCommerce or PayPal. What are the advantages and disadvantages between using these two types of payment options.

I have also checked into using http://www.prostores.com/ which is a PayPal owned service. If im not mistaken i believe this would be called a merchant account which involves a monthly payment with the addition of a percentage collected on final secured sales.

I considered the possible option of a complete online store for selling. In the event i did this i would keep my main website and direct customers from my store to the website. Here they would have access to media showing the baits moving in the water and indepth product descriptions and techniques for fishing the baits.
