Get yourself a DO-IT mold for arkie jigs. Barlows Tackle is a good source. BassPro, Cabelas, etc.

Looks like you might be able to modify a round head jig to accept a wire frame to act as the tie point and hold the hook. I have not seen a mold for this available commercially.
