Where to buy bulk Gamakatsu spinnerbait hooks?

I think I use to buy these from Captain Hooks but they are not listed now? Where can I buy like 500-1000 of them? I have my IRS EIN form but am still waiting on the Excise one.

Captain hooks is shortys site for non-manufacturers. If you have your EIN number just call shorty's. They have them but they are really expensive. 800-723-8508
