  5. G'day Guys, It's been a while but I just finished up another lure building project, and as per usual, I decided to record all the steps. This time I actually make use of a shedded deer antler I found while hunting in South Texas and I turn it into a spoon designed for redfish. Let me know what you think! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jiGr3gfc7lU

  7. I would get a different UV cure and verify the suggested wavelength. I use Alumilite's UV and a fingernail UV curing light and it cures in 3 to 5 minutes. I use to use Solerez and got the same results. If you are having issues with hours, then the stuff you have is either separated (mix it), bad, or your lights suck. I use Loon fly UV fly and knot cement with a small 9 LED hand held flashlight and it cures in seconds. Something seems a little, OK A LOT, weird about your problem.

  8. Depending on the size of bait and the volume of runners in mold, a 20 bait mold can take a lot of plastic. If you are hand injecting consider the size of your injector and how much it would take to shoot the mold. I presume you would want to shoot it in one shot. Just something to consider.

  9. Most any of them will make customs. I would look at the stickies on top of this page & start contacting them. It's going to be somewhat expensive, but atleast you know these guys won't be pumping out copies of your molds.I don't know of Curt at enforcermolds.com does or not, but cncmolds&stuff, baitjunkys, basstackle & ultramolds are where i'd check first.

  10. What do you mean cooling way off between refills? When you draw the plastic up in the injectors you should move on quickly to your molds and fill quickly. If you need to top off do it after they are all full. You could warm the block but you will still need to move quickly.
