  1. the new eagle claws are an awesome hook and they are made in the U.S.A. If you try them I think you will be impressed.
  2. Get some teflon pins ( I got mine from cadman). Use them in place of the ones you got with the mold. Leave them in when powder painting, after painting take them out and cure in oven. No drilling to do with the teflon pins. Save a bunch of time
  3. yes, he said it was mostly smoke with with a hint of green pumpkin. I poured some today don't know if its the color he's wanting but I sure like it.
  4. Got a guy wanting some "green pumpkin smoke" worms. He said it was a Lakeside Bait Co. worm and they are no longer in business,,and he dosen't have an old one for me to look at. I've never seen or heard of it any help would be appreciated.
  5. I have used it and still do for some guys. My personal stuff I don't use salt.
  6. far as I know they are made in vietnam (I think) wish someone would start making them in the U.S.

  9. I use double sided scotch tape
  10. green pumpkin watermelon pearl chartruese cherryseed black pumpkin thats only 7 but after many years of doing this, I've narrowed it down to these for my use.
  11. I'd try what powerworm said or use a few more drops of watermelon. Sometimes you gotta waste a little plastic to get what you want. Add 1 drop at a time until you get what you want.
  12. From the look of the picture it looks like watermelon with red, black, and gold glitter.
  13. It was a color made by Reds Bait Co. I know I've never heard of them. Found out today that it is basically plum with blue flake. Thanks for the responses
  14. I've done a search and cant find anything on this color. Anyone care to share a recipe on how to make it. Done a lot of red colors but never this one.
  15. thats is what I got started with the plastic worm molding kit. I still have and use the molds. I bought it in the mid 80's
  16. Most grocery stores carry the popcorn salt. Sams Club has it a little larger quanity. That is where I get mine
  17. I am using a banan head. I like it because you can use both 60 & 90 deg. hooks. I've modified mine,,don't have a collar on them any longer. I use wire for a keeper on them. Works great, especially with the L111 wide gap Eagle Claws.
  18. Pouring outside could also be one of your problems, I've done it in the past seemed like the least bit of wind would cool things a little and cause problems. I wouldn't do it in my house though.
  19. Looked at a pic on the website and it looks like to me that they are the 5/64 size weed guards.
  20. Not 100% sure on this, but I think the tinned hooks are the only ones for saltwater use.
  21. The 32756 is a bronze hook, similar in price and size to the Eagle Claw 570. 32746 is their premium hook. Needle point and black nickle. The 32746 is a better hook than the 32756 in my opinion.
