Anyone know a good source for hammered gold spoons ?

take your bait and cover it with vasoline, then cut thin strips of paper. dip them in wallpaper paste. lay them on the bait till you get the desired pattern. let dry fliover and do the other side. has worked for me very well. after it gets a little paint on it. it gets very durable

First put the JB weld into the mold wait till it gets a firm skin on it then put a light coat of vaseline on each side and also whatevever you are pressing into it. if you get any overlap just cut it off with a razor blade. I have poured hundreds of jigs with JB weld altered molds never a problem yet.

Just use Legos. You can make any size or height. Molds pop right out. Use plexi glass as your base

if you are useing powder paint and cureing it you have a very tough finish already ad clear and I can't see it getting any better

Clear powder works great if you are looking for a glossy finish

Use Menhaden oil it covers all scent of plastic. I use about 1 oz to a cup and a half of plastic. Plus it only cost about $15 a gallon

Use a glass candy thermometer as your stir stick and you can watch your temp, and also no bubbles this way
