  1. Take a U shaped piece of wire and shove it through the collar. put the living rubber through the U and pull through the collar. You may have to do it multiple times depending on how much yoou want in the skirt.
  2. Paul at living rubber sent me some samples of this type skirt with my last order. You might want to give him a call.
  3. I tie all of mine on so it is not a problem to just grab the ends between my thumbnail and finger and pull. I like to leave them together till after the weedgaurds are glued in. It is also possible to pull them and cut them which will let them snape back one at a time.
  4. I used a hack saw blade to cut a grove in my molds. Worked like a charm. The grub keeper goes in the mold thn the hook. The hook keeps presure on it so it does not fall out. I always put the keeper so that it is on the top side of the jig so it won't catch on anything if I'm not using a grub.
  5. I have been using size E rod winding thread for about 8 years now and won't look back. I Whip finish it the same way you do when wrapping a rod and don't whave to seal the thread.
  6. where did you get the lite brown from?
  7. I get about 50 jigs per tube of super glue gel.
  8. One of the key reasons for the lead shortage is the batteries they need for electric cars.
  9. Give me a call I'm the only brovarney in wauwatosa phone book..... I have a place for you to get lead.
  10. And don't forget top clean out the hook eye before baking
  11. The one trick I would share is to drill prior to Baking. This way the paint is less likly to flake and crack. I don't know if I could do some of my more complicated paint jobs with the weedgaurd in.
  12. Nope the ones I'm looking for had a hole in the middle. you can thread them over the hook and put a drop of glue on them and they are ther forever. They also don't get in the way of the grub.
  13. I used to get them from oldham. They are shaped like a donut and you can slip them over the hook and then wire or glue them in place. Really Loud. HELP!!!!!!!
  14. I second the worth the wait comment
  15. Heat shrink will keep them on.
