  3. I get mine from Component System Inc You can get a 1 lb jar for around 12.00 not bad at all. TC
  4. I used Hitch Hikers. Worked great. Now I have swapped over to the Do-it-molds and coils. TCCustom
  5. I have no problem laying it across the shank on the 1/16 and 1/8, the others don't need it. I will try and get some pics of them in the mold. TCCustom
  6. I like the new screws, Yea on the smaller 1/16 and 1/8 every now and then I get a lose one. I just melt it back down and repour. I have found that by laying the wire across the hook it stays better, really no problem. TC
  7. Well I have these and if you don't say anything about them I want. LOL TC
  8. Barlows is still selling them online, Just looked it up. TC
  9. These are left overs I got off ebay. These are a much better metal then the stainless steel. PBS is still selling Gamblers with the 6 sided blades and Barlows still has then also. Mine is more different then theres. What is a Holos????

  11. I make them out of Galvanized steel. Easy to bend and tune with your fingers. Never had one break and I have sold a bunch. Here is a pic. TCCustom
  12. Sorry I missed the Football part of this. These want work try the ones at barlows. Just haven't had any experience with those wire keepers they have.
  13. There is two molds on Ebay for the Gama 60 deg Flat eye hook to make 1/8 and 1/4. Just type in Shakey head. TCCustom
  14. I use my Southern Shaker with a beaver or grub as a trailer. I use the 1/2 once in Black/Blue, Black, or Black.Red. TCCustom
  15. I get mine from Shorty Hook sales. There 1000 for 225.00 or so. TCCustom
  16. I also use a Gmam 3.0 Flat eye hook. TCCustom
  17. I got some powder paint from CSI and they included a cure time page and it has different time and temp for each color. TCCustom
  18. This isn't my molds but same type of style and grinding. Just be careful and not grind the big cavity for the Hich Hicker up to the ball cavity. you want to go slow and take your time. once you get the cavity for the spring you can make a little grove for the wire going into the ball cavity. TCCustom
  19. I got them form Barlow's there 12.00 for 100. I think BOS has them for 4.59 for 24 or 27 depending on size. Thanks for the nice words on the jigs. I am pouring up a bunch of the ones on top for Kris Culpepper for Red Fish. TCCustom
  20. No its a do-it-mold that I grinded on to accept the hich hicker. I hook the hich hicker on the hook and lay it in the mold and then pour in the lead. I first used this to make these jigs and then the lights went on and I changed the ball jig. I will get some pics of my mold and get them on here. I basically took my dremel and created a pocket between the ball and the hook in which I place the hich hicker. Then I just made a little crevices for the wire to come out of the ball cavity. Pretty simple when you see the pic. TCCustom
  21. I use a heat gun for all my painting. For a 1/8 ball jig I hit it for about 4 to 5 seconds. For a Arky head 1/4 4 to 5 seconds, for a 1/2 its about 8 to 9 seconds. I do like Ghost, I heat and paint 50 to 100 and then put them in the oven. I got my paint for Component system and They have a time and temp for ever different color. TCCustom
  22. I know of a Pro fisherman that had dinner with the owner of Rad lures. They are going after the name and the blade. Any blade that has 6 sides they are saying is in violation of the patent. If the blade is different then that I understand that it is ok. This is the only info I have gotten.
  23. when you draw up the logo just do the back upside down. My lable was done that way. just like it is printed out there. A guy named Mike made my lable and card. He is really good and charged me 150 for it. If you would like I can get you his email and see what he can do for you. TCCustom
  24. If you don't need that many you might want to just buy the card stock and print them yourself as you need them. But if you are going to print many, buy the time you buy ink it will cost you more in the long run. I just got some ink for my Canon printer at home and believe it was around a 100. Of course most of this was for color ink. TCCustom
