Many lure companies use counter rotating blades. They must be available somewhere.... I don't want to bend blades and be inconsistent. And ruin nickel plating.

I'm looking for 1in, 1 1/4, and 1 1/2 inch right hand and left hand rotating props.... I'm going to be making some baits similar to these below. I want the blades to counter rotate.
NO CHOPPER BLADES.... I have a ton already.

I'll be fine smalljaws I've been around a very long time building custom lures if you wish to use split ring between your blades be my guest I don't. So if the zman police see my post I'm ok with it. He got this same picture I posted here plus one other color I sent him. Again he had no problem. And he was very nice about in his explanation. I said thank you and that was it. He even ask me how I tied the skirts to get that much flare on them. I gave him and answer he thought was a very good idea.
Do I get mad and send out letters tell people too stop making the Puffball jig that starting building back in 1985 or the Lion collar jig i started back in 1991 that answer is no I've seen 4 or 5 company's that try to build the same jigs I don't because I know I'm it. Copy go ahead do video be my guess on building them. I'm not into video you tube stuff. So you can stop with the drama. It's doesn't work with me I'm to busy for it.
Pure ignorance.... That's all I can say.

1 part... thicker than a 2 part. No fish eyes. Mine dries great. A small humidifier in the room would also do wonders.

Lots of assuming.... I graduated from a lee pot 20 years ago. I have a $4,500.00 vent system. My molds differ from yours, But I still have hundreds of them. I don't think a lee pot could ever get to 930*..... So no harm possible.
Have a nice day.

LOL... I've been casting lead for over 30 years. No need for me to "Learn" what I'm doing wrong.
Please don't assume anything.... There may be some people here that even know more than you.

I always pour at full hot..... If there was an 11, That's where I'd keep the heat.

Mixing black and school bus yellow makes green pumpkin. Adjust to your needs.

Yellow dye? Re dip ?

Yep, Warmer and more humidity...
A box with an incandescent light bulb will do the trick. You don't need to heat the whole area.

I would modify the mold to take the size 0 ss insert that you can get easily in the USA.

Try them...

I think the round bend is superior... The 30* leg is the same, so there is no difference using the weed guards.
-
The poisontail jig has always used a 30* hook... Yes they take round bends. I use the EC 3886 BP.

Sorry... I thought I remembered larger sizes.
