Finally I have the T-shirts done for the Meet this week. Anyone who forgot to give me their shirt size or Anyone who decides to show up last minute will have a shirt. I made extras just in case. Sorry I can't make it again this year but Jerry is packed and ready to go. I'll be looking for the live feeds this weekend....I can't wait to see how that turns out. Hi everyone! some of you know me and some don't. I just wanted to put a little two cents in. After reading the posts and understanding where everyone is coming from, you just have to take a deep breath and put yourseld in the big TU shoes for a minute. You love this site and we love you. This has become more of a family lately than just a bunch of strangers looking for tips and tutorials and I think that is what keeps most coming back. This is not something thought up overnight. The more is costs for the servers, new programs and tons of tedious hours to design even the last detail of this site, something has got to give somewhere. Donation buttons = only a few helped. thank you to those of you. I put up a shop full of TU merchandise after everyone said they wanted t-shirts and hats. I even announced that the proceeds would go to fund the site. I paid for the stock out of my pocket...only 6 people bought (a big thank you to those of you). We don't charge alot for advertising and those of you who have ads are making more because of TU. Even those of you who have used the classified ads are making money. Jerry has some great Ideas that would benifit all of you. Especially those of You that are luremakers. It is so easy to say just do this or just do that. Software is expensive and those of you that have sites know what kind of time it takes just to code one page of ideas. It took 6 years to bring this site this far. and for the cost ...well it's not cheap. Everythings comes out of pocket for us and we have been happy doing it. There has been a continuing happiness from stories, jokes, picutres, and updates of the latest BIG ONE CAUGHT TODAY post. No decision on the future of TU becuse it remains how it always has been....the decision is up to you....the MEMBERS

I'm glad everyone had such a good time. I will make plans to attend next year. As for the TU gear...I'm glad you all liked them. I am still learning the silkscreen trade so please forgive me for any mistakes on anyones shirt. I didn't get a chance to look them over before I packed them. Its alot like the tacklemaking trade. You learn by your mistakes. Just know they were all made with love for the people who make this site happen. You guys are great. I know Jerry came home feeling like he had left his family behind. I loved hearing the stories of everything but it's not like being there. I will next year! I just hope you guys don't mind a woman being In the mix. nothing against the ladies but I'm really bad at crafting. I'm a tomboy at heart. I Love To fish! work on old cars, drink beer. Don't worry, I won't be there the whole time... I just want to fish with you all. I will spend some time with the women. I hear I have a twin amoungst you. From what I hear Me and Deb are alot alike. thats trouble with a capital T. Watch out boys ..we might just have to have a Tackleunderground Widowmakers Club going next year. I'll bring the Asti if you provide the straws. They might be able to teach me how to be crafty after a bottle or two. My daughter is incredibly crafty. she creates and sews her own clothes. I can't even sew on a button. I throw the shirt out. I know she didn't get it from me. Hopefully Deb and the ladies can help me out next year. I'll start bead shopping and save up for next year. I can't wait. I respect and love you all for making this all happen. Not to mention the glow on Jerrys face when he talks about it. He needed a little RR. Welcome aboard from a Florida Girl! I've lived here most my life and love it. Florida is the home of Tackleunderground. We're just right outside of Kissimmee Fl. I think we need to have the next TU Gathering right here in Central Florida. We have Some of the best Lakes in the world. not to mention the weather. ( The Guys were freezing there Baits off yesterday on the Lake at the MO meeting )

Living here in Florida I guess I wasn't thinking. I should have made everyone sweat shirts instead of t-shirts. I'll keep that in mind for next year. Have fun guys!

Well, I just got a call from Jerry and he is in his rental car on his way to the meet. He might be there by now. I know he has his laptop so I want updates from time to time. I hope the shirts and hats got there o.k. and in time. I shipped them priority mail. Keep an eye on my man and don't let him fall and drown in the lake. I wish I could be there... Please take lots of pictures. Thanks to everyone for working so hard to make this meet happen. I know most of you had to travel along way to get there. AND I think most of all a big THANK YOU to our gracious hosts Nathan and Deb who have opend their home up to everyone for this meet. HAVE A GREAT TIME EVERYONE!

I was mainly with the things I could silk screen. Trying to silk screen fleece is like trying to paint your dog. I'm gonna get some TU Patches. I can put a tu patch on fleece.

This is my vision for the store and Site... One stop shopping for you guys. I started with the Tackleunderground Hats and T-shirts because it was something that was being asked for and I can get the store running right and gain some revinew to stock the shop with. All the profits from the shop right now go to buy the stock to go into the shop. I am working on getting the stock in soon. If you guys want to see something up in the store or are looking for something hard to find please post it in the Thread I placed The Tu Store Is Open to make it easier to keep track of what you want. This is also a shout out to anyone who is sitting on stock to sell me or wants to put their baits up in the store to contact me through PM. I run another site Militarygiftservices.com that is my own project. I got a new distributor and they have a great line of vests, jackets, boots, camo etc.. I will offer in the store also at a great price. It is alot lower than what their own retail site offers it for. All profits go to stock the tackle into the store. This is all for you guys.... So keep the ideas flowing my way... I'm listing to what you have to say. Pretty funny too since I'm a woman.
