I still have one of Del's 7.25" stick bait molds, i dont use this one enough to justify keeping it, our little bass dont like it. it sells for $168.00 new, I would like $140.00 SHIPPED. mold is barely used and spits out a perfect bait EVERY time. 5" Stick bait in pic for size comparison only you can email DAVE i will receive it faster.

Just wanted to guage some interest for a friend. i can get Hand cut 1 peice molds, cut in aluminum on a hand mill. heres a couple pics of baits made from these molds. these are 1 peice 5 cavity molds. i will post a couple pics later of the actual molds i have from him. i am just looking to see if anyone is interested, if there is i will get prices and what baits will be available.

best peice of advice is a infrared thermometer, if you dont have one, i believe Bear has them and at a good price as well

LC green plastic isn't digestible or biodegradable its just Phthalate free. just so you know. as far as i know there isnt a biodegradable plastic available for us.

Thanks for the input Bear. Sorry this all started like this, was not my intentions what so ever. as said, there is a product for everyone, if you are happy with your purchase then thats all that matters.

i will absolutely doing this, and i will PM what i find, although i know several others doing this and already know what im going to find. Not knocking his work or injector, it looks like a very well built unit. And if you are happy with it and what you paid, then awesome. im sure you will shoot some good looking baits with it. lets just agree to leave it at that.

never once meant it to be that way. like i said, if you are happy with your injector that that is all that matters. just an fyi, with bears you dont need to buy another injector to get a single colour, as they are just the reg injectors, just get a reg tip (dont mean this to be a who's better than whos post either, just wanted to correct that)

oh, no need for a group hug, i was just stating my opinions on these from what i can see. i could care less who's injector someone uses to be honest. If Frank is happy with his purchase then great, thats all that matters. Production wise, i dont know about anyone else but i have been able to pump quite a few baits out myself with no help.

i understand you only had one mold out, but there will come a point when you have to undo 3 wing nuts and clear out the block, unnecessary steps if you ask me I understand 100% that its a different idea, the market is big enough for everyone. as far as the tips, i have been using Bears single injector for nearly a year, and could see the mods to the tip (or screw on tips) getting in the way of production. as long as you take a simple step the tips will not pop out in the plastic What i mean by cumbersome is how bulky the entire unit you have is, it would hinder production and get in the way, especially when you factor in that you have to open the adapter block and clean out the cooled plastic. as for bears being 3 pieces and that one being 2, its really is many more peices when you look at it, and is alot bulkier as well. also consider that that one costs $159.00, and Bears is $99. again im not looking at this from a hobby point of view, im looking at being able to pump out baits in volume and that particular system, although being a good idea, i think is quite bulky and could have been executed in a better manner.

considering plastisol is PVC based, i would say plastic

get it from Mike at Bass magnet there, great guy to deal with. the things you do have to buy from the US, have them sent USPS (postoffice) you have to pay the same duty and taxes as the government charges those, but you dont pay Brokerage, which UPS and Fedex both bend you over for.
