Yes Sir. I am taking orders for some soft lead we just got in. I will have to clean it and then we will pour up into ingots ($1.25) per 1lb

Make sure your powder is cured. Spray your Epoxy and let it cure or if your spraying lacquer over powder let it cure for 15 to 20 min, then spray your poly clear coat. This will work we do it almost every day. Caster

We paint over powder a lot. We use a Epoxy and Lacquer over the powder then we spray a 4 to 1 clear poly over them. Makes a nice hard finish.

Get with a hook company that you would want to make your hook and the can draw up what you need and supply you samples . After you Ok the sample then they would build you the hook , Most hook company's will require you to order 100,000 of your hook. If you plan on selling your idea make sure you get a non disclosure form sign by whom ever you try to sale it too . Catrer

We do charge for the freight. We use USPS and ship up to 70 lbs for around 14.00. I can send you a sample for around 6.00. Caster

Just trying to keep you out of trouble and yes it matters who owns the mold for the FET Tax. I have been fined for this issue, If who ever owns the mold and the Manufacture can not make it for any other customer then the person or company that owns the mold is responsible for the FET. All you have to do to confirm this is call The IRS they have agents that will answer your questions.

Chad sounds like a you may have a mix of other metals like Zinc mixed in . Does it try to stick to a pouring ladle, if this is the case you need to pour your metal out and start over. Also make sure you are up to pouring temp . We have soft lead for sale in 1 lb ingots for $1.50 and it is very clean. I will be glad to send you a sample

Cad man the ingot size is a 3 1/4 long x 1 3/8 wide. i think I can put up too 72 lbs. We have sipped this before and as far as I know it stayed together. Caster

If You are having trouble finding soft clean lead in small ingots we have plenty. Caster

Your manufacture cant pay the FET Tax for you because you have a custom mold build by them. You can check with the IRS but i have ran across this several times. You will have to pay this quarterly. Caster
