I'm just learning with a master g23 dual action and mine has an adjustment inthe far back to stop me from letting out to much paint. I think all the plus iwata models have this feature other than that some one else may help.

Hardware store or auto parts store would be cheaper. You may have to ask auto part store though they usually keep those in back.

If the nut is tight then your lever don't move you are probably ceased up with paint. You will then need to dimantle it or soak it in acetone.

Some guys have been using the finger method were using latex gloves for the application or should I say just the finger so the cleanup is easy.

I got some kbs ordered just waiting on it to try thanks for the info so far. The pint was around 35.00 and quart was almost 50.00

10lbs of lead will go a long way. You should get approximately 160 one ounce jigs, or 320 1/2 ounce spinnerbaits etc.

I don't know how well it will work on all lures but I have used carberator cleaner on some of mine with great results

Has anyone used kbs diamond finish for a crankbaits top coat?????

I use window weight lead, but e-bay is a good place for lead otherwise just remember to get a hard lead or it won't last. some people use wheel weights but I wouldn't think it would last but its cheap at a local junk yard.. As far as molds and hooks I order from janns net craft or lurecraft.. anything else just ask me hope this helps...

I am new at painting crankbaits and have tried several top clear coat and nothing I have tried yet holds up. So my question before I just try it about envirotex spray sealer does it work. If not give me advice on what to use and were to get it.

Humminbird, Eagle or Lowrance you can't really go wrong. I run a Lowrance 527c w/gps and love it. I have used Eagle two of them to be exact one was a 320c w/ gps both failed me or broke after about 2 years. I guessed I got what I paid for.

BobO definetly sums that up he knows what he is talking about. Just don't be affraid to pause to get a drink either. If they hit it sitting still you need to try slowing down also.

I use flourocarbon around 17lb test a 3/8 ounce brush jig head for all terrain a craw chunk not a craw trailer usually a brown to green. Or a brown to orange tint all of the color schemes have black for contrast if water is dingy use rattle collars for sure
