ok i researched powder water, and it looks like Columbia coatings mixes with powder paint to form a liquid powder paint that can then be baked? But how would that allow a guy to make raised bumps on a jig such as this one:
I keep seeing more and more ice fishing jigs( tunsten) that have 3d dots so to speak on their surface. Its almost like they are painting a tungsten jig then taking epoxy to create the dots/pimples on the surface of the jog then painting those as well. Anyone have any insight into how they are creating that?
