  1. regardless of when what who or how. I think i clarified the questions asked.
  2. Jbuff, I will clarify your question. Baitplastics and polysol share the exact same address, Makes it very convenient for them to dispense directly from the batcher into gallon jugs, 5 gallon buckets etc, so there definitely should be no consistency issues there. Baitjunkys bought and repackaged calhoun plastic. Due to insurance reasons, Calhoun did not want there name on the jug, Reason I paid 400 a month in liability insurance, Part of making it our brand. We never at any point told any individual we made or manufactured the plastic. The plastic Baitplastics currently has in stock branding the baitjunkys label, was shipped by me from my address to there physical location, It is 100% the exact product we always have sold. The biggest benefit that came from it is they degassed the entire shipment at one time, and packaged it the same day. Last I was told they will continue to sell the baitjunkys branded plastisol in its original form.
  3. You ever seen me say I made it? Look at half your fishing gear, same manufacturer different label...
  4. Kind of like your baits frank, same stuff different package, so i guess we can agree to disagree.
  5. Frank you know as well as I do. Regardless of what name is on the drum. Improperly handled plastic with a few gallons of plastic taken out. no longer the "same" plastic. There almost all using the same key ingridients, the mix is what defines it. I know you dont help, to sell, but sometimes it surely seems your post are geared to unsell other folks. And you also know that service is as much of the brand as the product.
  6. Firstly, we dont sell it any longer. And there is a huge difference in the process. Were we packaged the entire contents via drum or tote, vs being dispensed as sold from a drum pump. Until you have used both in side x side i think speculation is premature. In 5 years I have had complaints of bubbles. Never a single complaint in consitancy. I know you like to flex your knowledge around, but i always found it funny how some know more about my business then I do.
  7. I think you will find why, is because it works the best for most people.
  8. There is no other repackagers, Its them or direct. What really dont make sense is to supply your competitor, But.....
  9. Clear moneral oil, ok Mineral seal oil.... no
  10. Probally because its cheap and they cant sell you anything i suppose. Almost every major manufacturer uses mineral oil.
  11. But it will still boil off at 350 degrees.
  12. wont the glycerin boil off in this formula, as your gonna be in the 350 heat range, The water based formulas with glycerin run at 210.
  13. Aluminum really sucks without flood coolant, the finish is poor etc. Hard to do that on a router. As frank said, the machine don't make the molds.
  14. Ive worked with soluble plastic for a customer, I think is has to be soluble to be biodegradable the two go hand in hand. But there soluble plastic is not bio degradable, I have also worked with 100% biodegradable plastic, water based, But the cost of manufacturing the end product is 3 fold, and the storage, Ie like berkley is expensive. I think most anything you come up with will require some sort of glycerin involved.
  15. Maybe he did, I know he went after zoom, Then went after Arkie lures, which settled out of court, years later they deemed the patent worthless because it was a Mixture any practical person could develop on own free will. http://caselaw.findlaw.com/us-federal-circuit/1188371.html
  16. I don't believe Larew sued yamamoto. It was zoom they sued way years back.
  17. A gallon for 50.00? You can buy in bulk for under 10.00.... Or from any reseller for 50.00 shipped, Well most...
  18. You cant make it cheaper then you can buy it. Unless your willing to spend several thousand on raw materials.
  19. Stick to lureworks colorant, they make it thereself and been around a long time, the formulas are the same and will be for a long time to come.
  20. Glitter and scents, bags etc, none of our old colorant.
  21. Yes.. There not selling it economy any more, Only degassed.
  22. I also confirmed last night, they Baitplastics.com will be offering both brands in single gallon 5 and 6 packs effective immediately. No more buckets..
  23. should be a 1/4" x about 1" , 150 watts or so...
