I have been buying my coloring from Color Technologies. They are great to do buisness with and seem to go out of thier way to help you no matter how big or small you are. The smallest quanity that they sell coloring in is quart or in thier price list 2#. Some prices are pretty cheap and some are pretty high. If you buy a 2# bucket (quart) you have to add $3.00 per pound or $6.00 per quart. Black adds up to $9.40 per quart. If I did my math right that is $0.29 per ounce compared to LC $2.59 per ounce. But some prices like I said are high like two tones. Some of these are $78.00 per 2# or (quart). They also take credit cards or you can open an account. They have also started selling fleck and also sell plastic (good stuff) and sent.
