I just sent it to their generic info@... email address under the "contact us" link.

I sent them an email the other day with several concerns mostly identical to those expressed here. I feel the same way. The only reason I still order from them at all is they have just a few products I can't find anywhere else. I'm eager to see what their response is to my polite but frank criticism. I'll let you know if they say anything worthwhile.
