G'Day, Need a big strong stinger hook for X large spinnerbaits for our Australian Murray Cod. I have VMC 6250 BN in 3/0 but would prefer 5/0 if anyone knows where to source these. Any brand will be OK as long as large eye similar to VMC 6250 or Gamagatsu siwash. Size will be 5/0 or bigger. Australia is the same. But if you want to whinge, give back your TVs and surround system, also the microwave and I pod all made in China. Most fishing gear in the world has some part made in China, so if you feel so strongly about using chinese or mexican made gear throw your rods and reels in the bin and make your own. Simple

G'Day everyone, I am chasing some Mustad 32786 BLN 8/0 and 7/0 hooks to make up some big jigs for targetting our big Aussie Snapper. Got blown away a couple of times yesterday and need some big strong hooks. I have looked up all the Netcraft, Barlows, Stamina catalogues and can only find 6/0 as the biggest in this pattern. I have a Mustad catalogue that shows that the 7/0 and 8/0 are available. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also does anyone know of a 60 degree jig hook with an open eye or that the eyes can be opened. It is possible to open 32786BLN hooks however quite a few break. Many Thanks Mick Newcastle Australia
