Im a beginer and want to start making my own lures ( plastics) to sell at my store and to other contacts. was wondering if anyone knows the laws governing manufacturing, do i need a special license to pour plastics or lead in New York. I know i have to charge a excise tax, but is that all i have to do? any advice, info, anything! is greatly appreciated. best molds, plastic, tools, ect ect
