  1. Cutter, That is a great idea. I would have never thought about that. I agree, can you please post some pictures. I have also attached one of mine. I call it bleeding shad. All powder paint, very durable. I ordered an airbrush, and will start spraying once it arrives.
  2. Cadman, thank you for the quick reply. Where did you have your inserts custom made, and what was the price (if you do not mind me asking)? Did they fit in the Do-it mold, same size, etc.?
  3. Does anyone know where to find a smaller insert for a Do-it molds Style ZV Vibrating Lure? Insert must still be compatible with the mold. Also, is there an alternative to the Do-it Mold for the vibrating baits? Love the site. There is a wealth of information on here.
  4. I use size one for all blade baits. You will get less tangles (hook in snap) using the size one. Also, hook size is important. I use size 8 in the front, and a larger size 6 in the rear, both on thin wire size 2 split rings. Size 1 snap (duo lock) Size 2 thin wire spring split rings Size 8 treble - for front hook (Mustad Triple Grip) Size 6 treble - for rear hook (Mustad Triple Grip) All materials purchased form Barlows.
