I believe GULP is water based. The gulp products are like sponges that absorb and then release the scented liquid whil in the water. This is why they shrink up when out of teh water for extended periods of time. If you were to put that liquid plastisol will have issues. (The same as putting water in it.) If you store it on finished products I would think it would react like any water based product put on plastic over time.

This is a scam. The language is consistent with emails that originate in East Africa. I have seen numerous ones like this. They are now contacting people via phone utilizing the services that deaf people use. That way a 3rd party without an accent will speak so you do not hear any foreign accents.
