  1. Anyone try this? Instead of hand pouring the vein I though I use the plastic syringe. That way I keep the Pyrex cup on the griddle so it won't lose it's current temp. I have 2 plastic molds that use a built in injector and nothing has happen so I think it's really same thing at the syringe. Not using on the plastic molds I finally purchased an open pour aluminum mold but trying to do multi color baits.

    Hand Pouring

Ok that's what I do but yah the white and chartreuse colors are the ones I justed used and turned dark pretty quick that's why I was asking that question. I'll will add heat stabilizer before every re-heat to see if that helps
  3. Can you use an electric griddle to keep re-heats down by placing your Pyrex cup on top after you already finished using the microwave? I use m-f plastic and was wondering how long do you guys usually leave it in the microwave? After a couple of re-heats my colors get darker so I want to stop that. I usually heat it then stop and then stir in 30sec intervals.
  4. Looking for something I can dip my plastic after I'm done adding eyes. What better for applying the eyes?
  5. Thanks for the info! If its possible can you post a picture of the mold closed together looking into the cavity?
