  2. First off thank you to each of you for your help I hope one day I can do the same for others. A few clarifications 1. If I soak the brass blade in vinegar will the unpainted surface be adversely be effected? 2. Is the white base coat a white primer or is it just white paint? Again Thank You
  3. Sorry but What is GST? Tony
  4. After decades of messing with my spinner blades I have purchased an Iwata air brush to hopefully clean up my act. Can anyone save me some time in paint choices and prep for silver, nickel and brass spinner and spoon painting. Happy New Year and Thanks Mike from Lure Me In for the form invite. I am wondering after reading past discussions about Lacquer vs. Acrylic and prep so the paint stays on blade I'd rather use Acrylic. Thank You "TU" for your help. Tony
  5. I will run it under that topic, thank you. So that answers many questions I was hoping not to have to use the Lacquer paints like I hear about in reading past posts made by DN. Quick exposure to UV means hitting it with a UV lamp I take it? These will be Bright colors for our King and Silver Salmon and while watching some of the guy's videos it looked to be a practice to use a white base under the bright colors do you have any thoughts about that? Thank You for your help Tony
