    this is some thing you will need to make by hand. I looked for them for a year. get a lure with wings, take them off and put them on lures that you make. Or make them your self from a wing of one you buy. this is one that I made with wings that a friend made for me.

    Thanks for posting this. I can't agree more with it. Almost all of my lures sold will not be fished. How sad is that? Most say look at this thing, I can't get it wet, but I have a place on my wall or shelf for it. Keep making lures and get as much $$$ as you can for them. I think the hardest thing to do is put a price on something you make. If they want it, then they will give you the $$. All the lures that I posted are sold and will not see water but one or two.

    If you put epoxy on the screw eye first, it can't pull out. I make musky lures and I havn't had this happen or any that I have sold come back. But I put super glue in the pre drilled hole then epoxy each screw eye in. I know one that has put some 40 musky in the boat, so If you take the time to do it right you should be ok.

    I get them right from Worth Comp. This is the bigest split ring comp. vary nice to deal with and you don't need to have a tax # I get them 2000 @ a time. will last me about 2 years

    MUSKY, just use the bait after the hooks nock off all that devcon you can repaint it. The bumps might make a sound that will get you the fish (55"or more) some of the baits that know one buys from me are the best fishing baits in the box ???

    Very Nice!!! For me this is the fun part. I never paint them the same unless some one wants one painted. Keep making so you can paint. you are good!!!

    crappielooker, you should make it a three hooker. Put two the hooks on the sides and one out the back. as for the buzz blad, I would make a wier and use a spit ring it to the body. If you make this send a picture so we can see it. I was going to make some thing like this for musky but my shop is pack and waiting to be moved to a new house .

    way to go Big splash!!! sounds like some bad weather, but you were fishing. I had to paint the house (wife told me to)

    Alsworms, If you had that houe, could you see the honey do list!! you wouldn't fish that much or make your lures. Fun to look at and think if I could only live there.

    I like the paint, what other colors do you have this in, Looks to me that you could twich this through the weeds and put the hurt to them!!!

    Blackjack, this site is the best. The more that come aboard the more post there is to learn from. I would like to see your stuff. I just posted some of mine on here. Being, only making them for under a year I was afraid, But did it anyway. Glad to have you here.

    Big splash, did you get Nu-luster-55 from the hardware store? have you used this on wood baits? And how hard was it to use? do you just open the can mix, brush on, close can, rotate bait. If so I need to give this a try. let me know.

    How many times a day do you come to see what is new? If I am not working it could be as many as 10 times!! Should I take a look at this? Is there a 12 step programe for this lure making stuff? HELP!!!
