I measure in a cup,, on a scale. I use the 30 min, and the working time is not very long, maybe 10 Min.

I've been having the fish eye problem.. I stir mine in a plastic cup, and then apply to the bait...what are you guys using to wipe the bait down before you apply envirotex?

Pot is brand new. Yes I flux. The lead is melted duck decoy weights i made with the old lee hot pot melter.

I have the lee 10lb production pot. I have it set on #7. After I add my lead,and it melts, I scape off the junk that's floating on top and everything if fine for about 10 minutes, then it starts to produce a brown crud on the top, I scape it away and it returns. When I was using the hot pot melter 2, I never had this problem
