    gills?

For the gills I use a hole puncher. Punch out a hole on some paper, then take the punched out piece and tape it back on the hole you just made. Looks like a cresent moon. lay it on your bait and paint. Will try to post pic soon. Michael

  7. Hey, My name is Michael and I'm from Covington, Ga. and I do a lot of bass fishing around here. I like to make flatsided crankbaits when I have the time(chasing a 3 year old around). I have leaned a lot on here and everyone on here is so good at what they do. Sure am glad to be a part of it.
  8. It's great that they take the time to showcase some of the real talent behind crankbaits. I don't own any of their crankbaits but I have seen them and they are darn goodlooking. The magazine is one of the best out there. Dean, I have not forgot about your lures. I am going to buy some from you the first of the year.
  9. I will be fishing in the All-American in July and was just wanting to get some info on the Ct. river.
  10. Yes you sould have. Just drill a hole in the belly and insert some lead and seal it back up. Don't throw it away use it to learn by.
  11. Your work on them there cbaits are making me want to spend some money I don't have. Just might have to get some of those!
  12. that's some good advise i will have to remember.
  13. Try putting it in a cool place below 73 deg. I think 75+ is to high for this to flow smooth. Are you putting them on a drying wheel? It could be a bad batch of etex, but I doubt it. Maybe the lower temp. will work if not I'm stumped also. michael
