I was having the same problem, cold outside, I started using a ladle to pour into the mold and my problem was solved.

I buy my skirt material from fishingskirts.com too. Price is great, and they are pretty quick with shipping.

I used a brown paper bag for my 2" cups that worked well, and for my 3" a coffee filter worked better.

I made two fluid beds tonight. A 3" and a 2". Very easy to do. The instructions from cadman were easy to follow. Thanks a lot.

I have been looking at how to build one myself too. Cadman on the site made instructions on how to build one. JSC sent me the information. He used a brown paper sack.

What about using a drop shot sinker mold. The finesse ones which are cylinder shape and different weights. Just leave the swivel out.

This is what I use. Use before baking in the oven to clean out the eyes. It works well. Bass Pro Shops Jig Eye Cleaner
