HI I make a lot of these for myself. I like a flat ball head that has eyes. I get them from bass pro shop, in the walleye stuff. I also use minnow head or a ball head that I remove the barb/collar from. Any will work, and the hook all depends if you want to go for bone fish or bass/trout. a mustad 32746 works good. Good luck!
