fisheye56
While I'm perfecting the profile of one of my baits...I'm melting down old pac's of worms to look at that bait to see if it's what I'm trying to achieve...is there anything that I might have at home that I could use as a softner? Just a shot in the dark...the worms I'm melting down are not very soft in the first place. Just thought maybe someone had ran into same problem and needed a softer bait and did not have softner at hand? I want to fish them right away...small window to prepare for a tourney and want them just in-case! Thanks

Just a thought. I can't think of anything that you could use in place of softener but maybe someone else can help. Maybe re-melt some softer formula worms. Just curious, are you adding fresh liquid plastic to your remelts? That may help. JIM
