in my opion the best line is yo zuri x-tex cobra it is kinda expensive though 12.75 for 275 yards lasts forever though it is not effected by uv rays

if your fishing a spot with all types of fish try a light hair jig, if you use the right hair they look just like a minnow. In one day ive cought nice largemouth smallmouth crappie bluegil even a few small stripers. Here is my favorite little jig 1/16oz with a big 2/0 hook silver fox hair fat plastic trailer for a very slow fall

Yeah al i make all my own baits too i bought some lures from you on ebay before. I know you dont really loose baits in hydrilla but im just wondering if any one has a lure that works well for the in deep water hydrilla Thanks TAYLOR

I have a local man made canal that is about 20-25ft deep but on the bottom there is about 3-6ft of hydrila grass growing up from the bottom. What baits and fishing methods would you recomend for this situation.

Hey Kiwi, Those are some big perch look fun too catch, i would be willing to bet anything that one of the best things you could do is look aroung the lake for the minnows they eat. See waht color they are and find a plastic worm in a similar color and use that. For those fish I would use a 3'' lure nose hooked with a size 1 hook and fish it fast when it is warm out try this. Hope I helped TAYLOR PS try a zoom finess worm it is the same as a trick worm but a few inches smaller better for the size of those perch

ive never made sillicone molds yet but if i use the lure craft kit can i copy a worm buy pouring the sillicone over it and once it dries i can pull the worm out is this how it works?

If your using lure craft plastic make sure that you shake up the bottle good before you melt it because the hardener settles at the bottom, I learned this the hard way.
